Contest Rules
The Refer-to-Win contest is open to all Ontario residents of legal driving age and older. The contest will be held starting every cycle of the calendar year. To meet eligibility requirements, the referral must be submitted no later than December 31st of the calendar year at midnight (Eastern Standard Time), to either the contest fill out the referral form above or call WINS to enter. Furthermore, to meet the eligibility for the two (2) prizes in the draw the referral must be a successful and completed new client. Two (2) winners will each receive one of the grand prizes which consist of $100 dollar gas cards of a local service station in Ontario. The winners shall be notified by WINS using the information provided in accordance with the referral ballot that they submitted, the prize awarded and how to claim the prize. Only one prize shall be awarded per household of the ballot winner. WINS shall use, at its discretion and without compensation, for promotional purposes, all information submitted for identifying the winner such as photographs, their image, spoken remarks, or statements made by them when prizes are awarded. WINS reserve the right to withdraw any contest essay deemed not to comply with eligibility requirements. If, for any reason whatsoever, or for any reason beyond the control of a winner and unrelated to the winner, contest organizers are unable to award a prize in accordance with the rules, contest organizers shall agree to award a prize of a similar nature and of equal or higher value. For the purposes of these rules, a contestant shall be the person who referred the successful new client to WINS. By entering the contest, contestants agree to these contest rules. All decisions made by representatives of WINS with respect to this contest shall be final and without appeal. This contest is governed exclusively by Canadian law regardless of any conflict in jurisdiction. By entering the contest, each contestant fully and irrevocably acknowledges the jurisdiction of courts in Ontario, Canada. This contest shall be considered null and void where prohibited by law or where the law sets additional or conditions other than those prescribed in these contest rules and it is incumbent on each contestant to make all necessary efforts to meet the applicable eligibility requirements for the contest.
